At Park Pre-Fives at Christian Centre we provide a wide range of interesting activities and new experiences which promote learning and development. We provide opportunities to encourage physical, intellectual, language, social and emotional development.

Park Pre-Fives Playgroup is staffed by five East Dunbartonshire Council trained playleaders. It runs five mornings per week with three Playleaders on each. The Manager is in overall charge of running the group. Supervision levels are one adult to six children and Park Pre-Fives is inspected and registered by East Dunbartonshire Council and HM Inspector of schools, under the children's Act 1989.

The aim of Park Pre-Fives is to develop a programme to cater for the development of each child as an individual. We also provide support and encouragement to children and their parents to assist the child's learning.

As part of a Christian Church, Park Pre-Fives tells children about God's love for them, introduces Bible stories and celebrates Christian festivals.

Park Pre-Fives is registered separately from the Church and has its own policy guidelines and codes of good practice. A handbook is also available. These can be obtained on request.
